‘Easy does it’ Yellowtail.

Simply grill or braai fillets of freshly caught Yellowtail with a generous basting of olive oil and garlic. Season with a squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper. Then serve with a fresh, colourful green salad. A perfect match with our delicious Sauvignon Blanc or 12ºC white blend.
Minimal preparation time, maximum Spring appreciation time.
