A white blend, with a strong lemon blossom and ripe citrus fragrances on the nose. Lightly wooded Semillion, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc fill up the mid-palate, while the Nouvelle introduces minerality and earthy, straw flavours. A fresh, mild lemon-sorbet flavour lingers.
