Spring magic!

Essentialism vs. Anthroposophy in agricultural science

Essentialism & logical positivism don’t have much of a space in biodynamics; although they have proven biodynamics’ superiority. Biodynamics’ anthroposophy is related to existentialism and Goethean science with a very strong phenomenological approach, meaning observing the complexities without reducing it to a few essentials. The youthful, fresh stinging nettle, Cape gooseberry and mineral characters of the un-aged Sauvignon Blanc take on a delicious creamy smooth, litchi, Noble late character when left to age for [...]

Harvest investment

Harvest time is exciting time. Its where the buck starts and stops. Beyond the role nature has already played, there are a few measures we at Wedderwill take to ensure our harvest is of the highest quality.
